Bell received his doctor of dental surgery degree from the prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in 1982. In addition to being a licensed general dentist, Dr. Bell has also completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in many areas of advanced dentistry with a focus on Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Bell has also served as a Dental Examiner testing Dental School Graduates for licensure in Virginia.
