Northern Neck Electric Cooperative is a member-owned, nonprofit, rural electric cooperative with headquarters in Warsaw, Va. Established in 1937, Northern Neck serves more than 14,000 members in parts of Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, Richmond, Northumberland and Lancaster counties in northern Virginia. With total assets of nearly $46 million, the cooperative maintains more than 1,900 miles of overhead and underground lines, which distribute electricity from 17 substations to members' homes and businesses. It also provides street and security lighting, home electric surge protection and free electrical service on members' electric water heaters when a load management switch is installed. NNEC is a member of Old Dominion Electric Cooperative, a generation and transmission cooperative that serves 12 distribution cooperatives in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware.

Would give a 0 if possible. If I knew what I know now when I bought my house, I would have moved somewhere else. This company is a joke. They can do whatever they want knowing their customers...
