Will take as much money from you as possible, especially when moving out, the staff is not friendly they're always annoyed when answering phones or getting questions. There are way better options...

My daughters moved into North38 in August of 2021. I was so excited to decorate their rooms with them. As we walked into the apartment our shoes stuck to the floor. The entire apartment was nasty....

DO NOT LIVE HERE. My apartment when I moved in was SO GROSS! There was a fridge left on our porch? Weird and there customer service is TRASH!!!! You also can not do direct deposit for rent anymore...
