The most pitiful healthcare facility I have seen. Dirty, smells, understaffed, and most the staff that is there should be fired as they simply do not care about the patients entrusted to their care.

My husband was left for over 12 hours in his own waste and the call button was repeatedly ignored. When they finally arrived to clean him he was told he had refused cleaning so it was "his fault"...

My grandmother has been in this facilities care for a few years now. Each and every time my family comes to visit her hygiene is extremely unexplainable. They refuse to change the care they are...
