They told me I was the first one to apply for this dog and when I went to the next woman to hand her the paper I'm not the first one to sign up for this dog anymore. Whatever.

The people working there are very helpful and attentive. You can tell how much they actually care and love the animals. We adopted our cat there for a small fee. And my roommate got his dog here...
