Newington Community Association
The Newington Community Association (NCA) was established in January 1972 to represent the interests of property owners in the Newington family of communities, comprising a total of 609 properties, including 524 townhouses and 85 single-family homes located in Springfield, Virginia. Nestled in a scenic, heavily-wooded area, the association encompasses four subdivisions: Newington Station, Newington Glen, Newington Place, and Woodmere.
NCA aims to foster community engagement and maintain the quality of life for residents through organized governance and regular meetings. The community boasts two entrances off Rolling Road, providing easy access to its diverse residential offerings and promoting a sense of neighborhood cohesion.
