Founded in 1983, NEW is a privately-held, independent third-party administrator of extended service plans, manufacturer warranty programs, buyer protection services and product support programs. NEW programs generate nearly $2 billion a year in incremental revenue for its clients. It provides coverage for a wide range of products for both retailers and manufacturers, including consumer electronics, computers, major and small appliances, home improvement products, outdoor power equipment and power tools, toys, sporting goods and fitness equipment, jewelry and watches and HVAC equipment. NEW operates eight customer service contact centers throughout the United States and was recently recognized by J.D. Power and Associates.
