Every since Greystar has taken ownership of the property I've noticed a steady decline in the community. Especially, with the new staff. The property manager Zachary Davis is not fit for the role....

Front office never answers the phone and maintenance takes forever to fix issues. Lobby door is ALWAYS broken which lead to a homeless man sleeping on the couch in the lobby two nights in a row...
