NBB is a great local bank, they have internet banking ETC like any national chain. The advantage is you can walk in and talk to any department at any time if you have a problem and call customer...

I don't actually use this bank, but have used its drive-thru ATM a few times. It's absolutely horrible. When you go to pull in, don't drive under the covered area as I initially did...it's on...
