History
Founded in 2014 as a craft cidery, Mt. Defiance quickly expanded to offer craft spirits and liqueurs. Our cider operation and tastings have moved to a beautiful new building at 495 E. Washington Street. Our distillery and spirits tastings, and limited cider tastings, remain at our original location, 207 E. Washington Street.
Specialties
Mt. Defiance creates handcrafted, small batch hard cider and spirits. Our two locations in historic Middleburg, VA are open for tastings and purchases. Our cider barn location is available for private events.
