Poor service, high prices and defective equipment. they will nickle and dime you for replacment toners... feel bad for the techs - they get treated badly

It sounds like the other reviewer had a printer they own repaired. I can't speak for him, but my experience with MP copiers has been quite the opposite. We rent a Lexmark XS651de from MP copiers...
