Mountain View High School

Mountain View High School is a public, coeducational institution that provides educational opportunities to students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as art, business education, English, family and consumer science, career and technical education, mathematics, music, science, social studies and world languages. The school also provides guidance counseling, as well as Head Start, International Baccalaureate and special education programs. Its International Baccalaureate program is an internationally recognized program of studies that is offered to highly motivated students in grades 11 and 12. The school s media center includes over 20,000 books, more than 250 periodicals, approximately 1,000 videos and DVDs, nearly 60 computers and other reference materials. Located in Stafford, Va., Mountain View High School is a part of Stafford County Public Schools.
