Rip-off! Promised to do work - even signed contract. Never showed. Then I find out that State of VA REVOKED HIS LICENSE. He is not authorized to enter a contract to do paving!

Signed a contract Feb 1 2015 to sealcoat my driveway and paid $100 deposit. Jesse never showed and when I mailed him requesting refund, the letter was returned un-deliverable and un-forwardable....
