History
Molly Gallacher LCSW received her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California in 1995. She then practiced for several years in that teaching hospital, providing psychotherapy to clients and also as adjunct faculty in the School of Medicine. In 2003, she relocated to Southwest Virginia and started a private practice on Main Street in Abingdon. After several years, she moved her practice to a small farm outside of town to utilize Equine Assisted Psychotherapy with some of her patients.

Outpatient mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families with appointments available as late as 7pm. We are in-network with virtually all insurance plans. Credit/debit cards accepted for copays and other fees. We treat clients in Southwest Virginia, the Tri-Cities, and Northeast Tennessee facing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, marital issues, eating disorders, grief, trauma, and behavioral problems in a private, rural setting.
