Merit School Learning Center at The Glen

The Merit School of Manassas Park is located at 9481 Manassas Drive, near the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) train station. The school offers care for children ages three weeks through age 12 with Infant and Toddler care, Preschools, Morning Discovery Preschool beginning fall, 2013, Before and After School enrichment programs as well as Winter, Spring and Summer camp. Servicing Manassas Park, Cougar, Signal Hill and Yorkshire Elementary Schools and Manassas Christian School. The Merit School curriculum is designed to meet the developmental and educational needs of the young child. Virginias Foundation Blocks for Early Learning guides us in the literacy, math, science and social science concepts that are developed in our Preschool and Junior Kindergarten programs. Our programs are designed not only to meet, but also to exceed the Virginia Standards of Learning.Merits home-like atmosphere, small classes, and individualized instruction supports our comfortable and child-centered learning environment which eases the transition from home to school for our students and ensures their learning success.Hours: 6:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.

The Merit School of Old Town Manassas is a private non-denominational school that offers Preschool, Jr. Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Programs. Infant and Toddler care is now being offered as well as Winter, Spring and Summer Camp.Extended Care is offered for elementary students at Round, Hayden, Pennington, Signal Hill, Cougar, Bennett and Baldwin. Ride a tricycle on our sports court or play a game of ball. Climb on our two play spaces, or dig in the sandbox. Rock back and forth on the swings or play tag on the play field.
