Mercy Chefs is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing professionally prepared, restaurant-quality meals to victims, volunteers, and first responders during natural disasters and emergencies. With a mission to feed people in need, they also work to alleviate food insecurity in underserved communities across the country and globally.

Responding to disasters at a moment's notice, Mercy Chefs can prepare up to 20,000 meals a day, while their Community Kitchens and Outreach division focuses on supporting food-insecure populations through grocery distributions, job skills training, and cooking classes. Funded entirely by private donors, the organization strives to maximize the impact of every contribution to further their humanitarian efforts.
