History

Upon completing residency in Louisiana, Dr. Gates & Donna Gates founded Harrisonburg ENT Associates in downtown Harrisonburg, in 1985. The practice expanded into a new construction on Neff Avenue, in Harrisonburg, in 1990. In 2002, Dr. Gates and Donna Gates reestablished their practice as Meadowcrest ENT & Facial Cosmetic Center, Inc. which is now located on Emmaus Road. Dr. Gates retired from ENT in August, 2021, however Donna continues her practice in aesthetics.

In August of 2021, Dr. Gates retired from ENT. Meadowcrest still offers services in facial cosmetic surgery, skin health programs, laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, micro needling, radio frequency skin tightening, fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, Botox, dermal fillers and skin lesions, both benign and malignant.
