Stopped at this McDonald's in Bluefield, VA. Drive-through only open due to COVID-19 but the staff was friendly and efficient.

No egg in sausage breakfast sandwich, no milk for coffee and they didn't put the requested suger in the coffee. Also no napkins. Horrible experience.

Double cheeseburger meal....no burgers in either sandwich! Asked for unsweet tea....got sweet tea! Asked for honey mustard... no honey mustard!

I wish I could give a zero star. This McDonald's is ridiculous after midnight. Two nights ago I stopped to order two Big Macs and when I arrived at my destination to take them out of the bag I saw...

This could be the nastiest McDonalds in existence. Fries are a McDonald's thing but this store barely thaws them out and then dumps a ton of salt on them. Pass up the breakfast at all costs...
