This is the worst McDonalds in the U.S. No matter how you order...in-person, drive through, Door Dash...they routinely forget to include items. Apparently attention to detail is not a requirement...

Customer service needs to be approved. After messing up my order I was told they don't give out refunds without calling the GM as if they didn't have time to do that or fix my order correctly .
