Matthew's Center for Visual Learning, established in 2000 by Mark and Laurie Heilman, is a private special education day school located in Manassas, Virginia. With a commitment to fostering a love of learning and community support, the center serves over 30 students ages 5 to 22 who have various disabilities, including autism and developmental delays.
As a licensed organization by the Virginia Department of Education and a member of the Virginia Association of Independent Specialized Education Facilities (VAISEF), Matthew's Center has grown from its humble beginnings of serving two students to a well-respected institution celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2025.
