Established in 1974, Partnership for a Drug-Free NC provides services for the reduction of negative impact of substance abuse and mental illness. Its Insight Human Services center provides counseling, psychiatric services and substance abuse treatment. The center also offers various specialized programs, including women s health care, HIV and AIDS case management, and child and adolescent counseling. Partnership for a Drug-Free NC provides various treatment options for addiction, including medical detoxification, inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, long-term residential and narcotic antagonist. Additionally, it provides drug abuse resistance and addiction prevention education.
