Maple Bourbon opened its doors to the public on March 5, 2018.

We are Maple Bourbon. Our old-fashioned values are good food, great service and a clean, welcoming space for you to relax with your family and friends. Our food is cooked to order and made with high quality ingredients, including (antibiotic free) chicken breasts, cage-free eggs, Applewood smoked bacon, hand-cut potatoes, stone ground grits, pure honey, sea salt and olive oil. Our breakfast includes eggs your way, French toast, waffles, croissants, stone ground grits, chicken hash and home fries. Want something light? Try our Body & Soul, Lady Marmalade or A-Tisket, A-Tasket, each made with fresh greens and vegetables. Or you can try one of six sandwiches, including our popular Can We Talk, Betcha By Golly Wow or So Amazing. If you MUST have chicken and waffles, then you may want to try our Bustin' Loose or One Mo'Gin. Your Sweetness is My Weakness has wings drizzled with honey. But, if you have time to relax and listen to your favorite tunes? Then, you may want to try our Southern Girl or Soul Man, served with baked or fried quarter leg(s), smothered w/onions and gravy (or not) and your choice of two sides. We offer house made soups and sides, including a creamy potato soup, spicy Jalapeno coleslaw and mac n' cheese. We also make two syrups in-house: Maple Bourbon Syrup and Brown Sugar Butter Syrup - both of which go great with our signature waffles. No matter which meal you choose, you won't leave hungry and we aim to make your experience here a happy one.
