Maidstone Construction was established in 1983 by Brad Brown and Jim Hackman, both graduates of Virginia Tech. Company manager Brad Brown, a Class A contractor since 1978, has over 40 years of experience managing construction projects, employees and job sites.

Maidstone Construction was established in 1983 by Brad Brown and Jim Hackman, both graduates of Virginia Tech. Company manager Brad Brown, a Class A contractor since 1978, has over 40 years of experience managing construction projects, employees and job sites. We have more than a dozen employees, including an engineer and ten carpenters, all of whom are skilled, creative craftsmen. Many of our employees have been with us for more than a decade. We also employ skilled, respected and experienced subcontractors from the local community, some of whom have worked with our company for more than 20 years. Our work includes new home construction, historic restorations, additions and alterations, as well as farm buildings and equine facilities. We serve four counties of the Virginia Piedmont - Loudoun, Fauquier, Clarke and Rappahannock.
