I have lived here for about 2 years and overall its ok. I would highly recommend living on one of the upper floors if you can. Level 2, the floor right above the shops is not ideal - I get spiders...

This place is horrid!!!! The walls are paper thin and when the person above flushes the toilet its sound like a bunch of rocks going down. Whoever lives above sounds like they are marching all day...

10 days in Virginia summer heat with no AC. They don't fix anything. $3000 per month and the apartment is not even suitable to live in. Tomorrow I will go to Walmart and buy some window AC units...
