I called their office on September 16 to schedule psychological testing for myself that my psychiatrist told me was critical to get done (my psychiatrist is at another practice). It's now October...

Even if you are a loyal patient, and you call to reschedule an appointment last minute, they will charge you $75. Outrageous!!!
