I was referred by Inova Loudoun - not through a personal recommendation. The front desk staff is terrible. Even if he was an amazing doctor, I would still not go there again because of them....

Dr Elbash's staff really needs to learn empathy. I guess it's hard to teach someone in their late teens and twenties empathy because they haven't had much adversity in their lives. That's my guess...

I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service. Extremely long wait and rushed visit with Dr Elbash. The front desk staff is un professional. They had an old HSA card on file for me....
