Lopa P. Hartke, MD

Dr. Cynthia Epstein is a pediatric pulmonology specialist at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk, Virginia. She earned her medical degree from Buffalo State University of New York and completed her residency at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She has a special interest in asthma, chronic lung disease of infancy, and cystic fibrosis.

Prior to arriving at CHKD, Dr. Cummings spent the previous eight years at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia and was the director of outpatient cardiology. Dr. Cummings is married and has two children. Dr. Robert Escalera is a pediatric cardiologist at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) in Norfolk, Virginia. Educated at the University of Notre Dame, Dr. Escalera is a California native. Prior to arriving at CHKD, he was an attending physician as part of the INOVA pediatric residency program in northern Virginia.
