OK I think I'm an idiot, but in the windows of this salon are all clothing items, so I thought it was a clothing store. Imagine my surprise and embarrassment when I went in and saw it was a salon....

I've been to London to see Joe several times -- until his prices went up. Always a good cut. Always great service. They've just gotten too expensive. And it's pretty hard to get an appointment...

I received the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life from Darrell at London Hair Design. Literally the worst. It was comically bad. It was as if he was trying to ruin my hair....

I have been going to London for a number of years since moving to Richmond, the color and cut is ok, but the shop is very out dated and dirty. The owner David is not very nice to his employees...
