Logan's Roadhouse, headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., owns and operates more than 140 company-operated and over 25 franchisee restaurants in nearly 20 states throughout the United States. This was just tragic. My Maui Steak skewers were over cooked (I ordered medium and they were well-done crispy critters). The rice was under-cooked and crunchy. The promised grilled pineapple slice...

Best steak I have ever eaten! Hands down! It literally melted in my mouth. Same Logan's decor as every other Logan's I have ever been to, great customer service but whomever the chef/cook is at...

Terrible service at the bar. Ordered 12oz Ribeye. Way over cooked and cheap meat. Only ate 1/2 and should have sent it back. Don't go there!!!

Our food sat getting cold while our server was on her break. She offered to take it back and re-made but who has that kind of time? So she said "what do you want me to do?" in a rather snarky...
