I love this gym! The people are great and the clientele is older so it's not like other gyms that are only filled with the "buff and beautiful," people. There are real people working out here....

I took pregnancy yoga here a while back. I also came here last week to pick up some running packets for a run our family was doing in the area. I remember the yoga teacher I had was very nice....
