Depending on who is servicing you. Everyone who works there has been very nice but I had the most rude and maybe racist old man servicing me on my last visit and I've been giving them my business...

Great Service BOB was outstanding and Had wonderful customer service. Making me and every customer feel welcomed in the building and just feels like you known them for awhile. Very helpful

Terrible terrible terrible , I purchased a 400 electric lawn mower broke the next day , three months later I bought a 300 laptop broke agter 3 days . Terrible customer service too
