Friendly employees (and a couple of cute dogs too). Were happy to show me an item in the case even though I wasn't ready to make a purchase and just trying to get a feel for the item.

Big dog that was harassing our Service Dog. When we politely asked the owner to hold the dog back they replied. "it's our dog". Terrible service
