History

Samantha Van Scoik is an experienced trial attorney and zealous advocate for her clients. After passing the Florida Bar exam in 2004, she accepted a position at the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida. Over the next four years, she handled a wide variety of criminal matters and gained extensive trial experience. Upon moving to Northern Virginia and passing the Virginia Bar exam, Ms. Van Scoik continued her career in criminal defense and accepted a position at the Office of the Public Defender in Fairfax, Virginia.Based on her desire to start her own law practice, Ms. Van Scoik founded the Law Office of Samantha Van Scoik in 2013. She now represents clients all over Northern Virginia, including Fairfax and Prince William Counties.
