Laura Morgan

As President of TowneBank Norfolk, Charity is responsible for the region’s staffing, overall member satisfaction, and financial results. Charity joined TowneBank in 2019 and has more than three decades of banking industry experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Randolph Macon Women’s College. Charity is active in the community and serves as Board Chair of the d'Art Center, Board Member for ODU's Women's Initiative Network and Edmarc Hospice for Children, and as a trustee of EVMS Foundation and The Chrysler Museum of Art. She also served previously as president of Greater Norfolk Corporation. “Taking care of business means taking care of people.”

Howard joined TowneBank in 2022 and offers over 20 years of financial industry experience. As a commercial lender, he excels at building relationships with business members by providing tailored financial solutions. He enjoys connecting with local entrepreneurs to understand their goals and see them succeed in their industry and community. Howard received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management. "I enjoy helping local businesses succeed by providing the financial support they need to grow and thrive."

Kathy specializes in loan origination for commercial real estate investors and contractors, though her portfolio includes a wide array of businesses. She enjoys managing her members’ full relationship to include deposit, treasury, and other Towne services. She has 2 decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2008. Kathy studied at Old Dominion University and is a graduate of the Wake Forest University commercial business School. She serves on the board of Downtown Norfolk Council and Norfolk Preservation Collective. “I am dedicated to the success and well-being of my members!”
