This is a terrific place. They offer wonderful classes for all types of yoga and barre. The teachers are excellent. I was visiting the Stafford area and was fortunate to find this place.

Renee's barre class is the best class for strengthening and toning! No judgement, just great instruction and a great workout! I would definitely recommend this class!
