Tidewater Veterinary Internal Medicine is a specialty practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating sick pets with difficult or complex problems involving their internal organ systems. Routine preventive services, such as vaccinations, are not offered. Most of our patients do not have a clear diagnosis or treatment plan before they are evaluated. Dr. Kremer has 20 years of veterinary experience and has been board-certified in small animal internal medicine since 1995. Advanced diagnostics treatments are routinely performed at the practice, including ultrasound, endoscopic procedures, needle biopsies, and chemotherapy.
