About Knead to Move, LLC As someone who has had spine dysfunction and headaches since an early age, I know that making a commitment to yourself is something that is not always easy, but is extremely valuable. By receiving regular massage I have been able to relieve and manage my pain. I specialize in deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage, with certifications in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Mother Massage and continued training in Orthopedic Assessment. I will work with you to customize each session to ensure that I am doing all that I can to help you meet your needs and goals.
