The repair services are unmatched. You get the service you pay for here. I can't comment on purchasing any jewelry here, but from browsing I didn't see many "big" names around.

I've been to Ketterman's multiple times and am always given A+ customer service. The staff is friendly, the sales people aren't pushy, and it is just a very welcoming environment.
