With Heather the receptionist you would be lucky to get an appointment at all talk about stupid and she can't make any appointments because she is to busy running her mouth.

It's not a customer friendly place. Totally hard sell for pricier services and products. I'm trying now to order a pair of glasses online but the RX from Lebow's in Hopewell doesn't have my PD...

Takes too long to get an optical prescription delivered. We have great insurance, paid the $200 copay and are still waiting on our glasses. We understand some delays, but could have got these...

Had an appointment today. Overall the appointment went well, but the ladies at the front desk were not very friendly. They're the type that puts you in a bad mood.
