J. M. Fry Printing Inks was founded in 1936, with the belief of the founder for which the company is named after that he could produce a better printing ink than anyone else. Founded in Richmond, Va., the company still maintains its premier printing production and research facility in the city it was founded in. It is one of the premier printing ink production facilities in the United States. The company has transformed itself from a local printer s supplier to an emerging worldwide presence in the industry. Fry Printing Inks products and services include direct print corrugated, multiwall bag, preprinted liner, flexible packaging, gravure, retail bag, lacquers and overprint varnishes, coatings, tag and label and specialty inks.

Doing Business for over 41 years! Total Printing Company was started in 1963 by owner Gary Williams in the eastern part of Henrico County. Originally conceived to be a supply company, he noticed that his clients had a demand for printing. With the addition of a small offset duplicating press, he began to print. In 1983 the 750 square foot building behind his house had become too small, and Gary moved Total Printing to the Byrd Center on Laburnum Avenue. In time, one office space became two, and then three. Over the next seven years, more presses were added ranging from one color to four colors. In addition, a varityper was installed for typesetting and the bindery was expanded to add more finishing possibilities. Ground breaking for the current location at 4401 Sarellen Road, still in eastern Henrico, took place in September of 1989, and the building was completed in 1990. Now with ample space to expand, Total Printing did just that. We currently can take a job from start to finish, all in house. We have a complete Electronic Prepress and Design Department, Pressroom that includes an eight up perfector, and a Bindery with endless finishing capabilities.
