She provides strategic leadership and direction to our Richmond-area bankers to ensure the delivery of exceptional service that our members can count on. Jennifer earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from Longwood University and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management. Amy has over a decade of experience in the financial industry. As a former small business owner, she understands the obstacles and challenges that small businesses often face, and she prides herself on being an advocate, advisor, and supporter of the local businesses that make our community grow. Amy earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University. She has served as a court-appointed special advocate for Henrico County with CASA, a non-profit organization that provides critical services to immigrant and working-class families. "I love to give members and small businesses the individual attention they need to thrive and grow."
