Where do I begin to describe how bad this experience was? They promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but don't actually deliver on that at all. And then you're made to feel like it's your fault....

Very nice staff.. except for the guy from corporate, he was indeed very rude and did not honor any discounts previously discussed. If a shorter bald man is in the store, come back when the nice...
