They are under NEW Management and conditions are so much better now. I am so glad we are not getting schemed anymore. Keep up the improvements.

Worst place to live! The association takes dues from every one every 3 months which started out near $30 when we moved in but they are now up to $75! And the pool used to be included in those dues...
