The wildlife population that is out of control because they do not maintain whatever manmade waterways run all through the neighborhood so there is constant goose feces all over, rodents galore...

Worst place to live! The association takes dues from every one every 3 months which started out near $30 when we moved in but they are now up to $75! And the pool used to be included in those dues...
