I went yesterday with mom. We both had great food, service, and seating. The food came quickly, we were checked on often enough, and everything was clean/up too date. We'll be back.

We went for a family outing to IHOP. I got my usual Colorado Omelet and hot tea. This combo never disappoints. Our waitress was new, but she made sure she got our orders right. She did a great job...

Food was fine and our server was good; however, the restaurant was understaffed. But, the worse thing was the awful condition of the men's restroom.
