The manager is not helpful at all, I just bought a shirt that had a $7.99 tag on sale, but the tag that was stapled to the shirt was from another item... "from a jacket" they didn't wanted to help...

Typical H&M. Service was really nice. Came here on a weekday so it wasn't crowded & got a dressing room right away. You don't need permission for the dressing room, you can just walk right in....

I love this H&M. They are way cleaner and more organized than the one in Fair Oaks mall or Potomac Mills mall.The employees are very friendly as well.
