Hickory High School

Hickory High School, established in 1996, is an educational institution that operates a range of academic and enrichment programs. The school enrolls more than 2,100 students in grades 8 through 12. It maintains technology laboratories and offers guidance counseling services. The school organizes extra-curricular activities and outings. Hickory High School offers classes in English, science, mathematics, social studies, and physical and technology education. The school also provides lessons in fine and performing arts. It administers extended day and special education programs. The school provides opportunities for sports activities that include golf, football, cross-country, basketball, baseball, softball and wrestling.
