For a hostel, this place is awesome. Before coming here, I was expecting the usual connotations of a hostel - dirty, cramped, no amenities. But HI Richmond surpassed all of my expectations....

I wish I could say that my stay here was amazing, but I was kind of turned off by the customer service. They weren't exactly the most hospitable and really didn't seem too interested in assisting...

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The living space and kitchen are incredible, the prices are unbeatable and you get to meet people from around the world. I'd say this establishment is better run...

Great staff who were friendly and helpful, extremely clean, great location, well decorated. I have nothing but good things to say. I'll definitely stay again when I have the opportunity.
