History

The owner of the company realized that his friends wanted to see the beautiful sights such as the blue-Ridge Mountains, wineries and music. So recognizing that there was a need for taxi service locally Helping hand transit began providing service in late 2009. The visitors to the region requested wine tours and enjoyed the six local wineries. We quickly established partnerships with these businesses, providing courteous, professional, discrete service. Since then we have increased service to include shuttle service to local festivals such as Friday night Jamboree, Floyd Fest, Fandango and trips to doctors regionally. Our goal is to put a smile on every customer's face that exit our cars, giving them the best experience of this beautiful region.
