Hayfield Secondary School

North County High School is a public institution providing various educational and enrichment services to students in grades nine through 12. It has an enrollment of more than 2,000 students and is a part of the Anne Arundel County Public Schools District. The school offers college preparatory courses in various subjects, including art, mathematics, music, and business and physical education. Additionally, it provides courses in English, science, family and consumer science, media and classical world languages. The school also offers special education and the Advanced Via Individual Determination program. The school s clubs and organizations include band, character education, guitar ensemble, multiethnic club, the National Honor Society, stage crew, step squad, student government association, and travel and tourism clubs. The athletic programs of the school include football, cheerleading, swimming, hockey, volleyball and soccer. North County High School is located in Glen Burnie, Md.
