Dr. Beltran has always had a soft spot for babies and new parents. Now that her own children are teenagers, she finds that watching every child's personality develop is exciting and fascinating. Dr. Rowland was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She moved to Rochester, Minnesota for training in pediatrics at the Mayo Clinic and worked for a year in pediatric urgent care in the Twin Cities before moving to Virginia to escape the cold winters.
